Art & Yoga

Today I started 2 new adventures. The first is an online class with Misty Mawn . The second is a 21 day yoga challenge with Sol Yoga . So for the next 21 (actually 30 days) I am going to be drawing/painting and doing yoga everyday. Im excited because these are the 2 areas of my life that I need to commit to on a daily basis. Doodle I did get out my pencils and put some lines, shapes and shadows to the paper and I was instantly frustrated. I have not drawn with Doodle2  just pencil in ages and it shows. So tomorrow I will break out that pencil and attempt another drawing and maybe my frustration level will not be so high….God I hope so. I did practice yoga tonight and now my body is screaming at me to go to bed. It was a level 2/3 practice and I forgot I had so many muscles in my legs. Oh but those muscles are screaming…… plus a few shoulder muscles.
