Jump Start

Do I  have an activity large or small, silly or serious, that helps me  start  day or gets me out of a funk? Here is my jump start list (in random order)……

1.yoga/swimming/walking. It is important for me to move. If I am feeling weighted down by to many choices I need exercise to clear my mind or I obsessive over all I have to do and accomplish nothing.

2.Journals working in my journals…drawing,painting,glueing and writing.

 3.Gardening. I love digging the dirt and bringing my flowers into the house.


4.Spending time with friends and family. Saying yes when I am invited places instead of saying no because I am overwhelmed with chores and activities.

5.Being here and blogging.

For me to jump start my day, I need to find connections and get moving.
