When I feel my brain is getting crowded with an excess of random thoughts, I realize I have not been journaling.
This morning I picked up my journal and pens (no, one pen is never enough, I need different sizes and colors) and landed at the kitchen counter. I doodled and wrote….just cleared my brain. Did I solve anything? Did I have any aha moments? No but I do feel more grounded and settled. Which is important because trying to create a yoga sequence when my mind keeps going off on a different tangent is impossible (It would not be yoga but game of twister).
Now I must finish creating and practicing my yoga routine that I am teaching tonight. It is shame my dogs cannot practice yoga since they are my captivate audience at the moment.
